Though it’s a hard pill to swallow, I’m working on being okay with this: The best way to handle a problem may not be to fix it. Sometimes it’s a chance to step back and breathe, to explore something new 🧘🏽‍♀️🤸🏽‍♀️

I look for topics that feel like ‘Voldemort’ Topics that come with an inner voice telling me ‘nooo, we do not name it’ As I become more embodied I can literally feel the clogged energy around them like they live in a quicksand of thick gooey resistance
