#weswam 7x150 build pace 1-4 then hang on or build again as changeable rest might allow. Rest 10/20/30/10/20/30 Repeat as 75m swims - pull and paddles. Rest 5/10/15/5/10/15 Repeat as 25m swims - same rest Mainset 1800m (25m ez between blocks)
