Loan officer rant: Self Employed client wants a HELOC. I see tax returns. No bueno. Bank statement HELOC, no prob. Calls me says his bank will do the loan. Ok sure. Call me back when they can't. 30 days later, calls me and needs money next week. Multiple calls a day. C'mon bro.
