How I know @desoprotocol is GMI (and actually hit mainstream adoption)... the decentralization maxi's hate us! 😂 Same small crowd that attacks @coinbase, @opensea , etc. for their practical tradeoffs/decisions. Last I checked, those projects are doing alright.

This argument seems to hold for proof of work chains, but not for PoS chains. With fast PoS chains like avalanche, solana, deso, time to finality is <.5 seconds. Means risk of reversion is virtually zero if you just wait a few seconds. Smart services solve it regardless though.
