.@SenatorTester & @JerryMoran telling VA that the current #Caregiver reg is far more restrictive than Congress ever intended and needs to be changed now. @TIFinDC and @IndyFund will continue to fight for this until this is made right, just like we have for last 5 years.

At VA presser, @VADepSec asked by @LeoShane how long #caregivers reg review will take. Answer: "It could take a year, it could take longer." Too long @DeptVetAffairs. Do it in 6 weeks. You did it with the new reg, do it now. We're ready to start working w/you now. @IndyFund

Caregivers, we heard you! We took action on your behalf, and we are thrilled to tell you that as a result of our efforts, the VA just announced that they will be pausing disenrollments and Tier demotions for Legacy Veterans.
