Socialism is averse to work. Southern culture used to have a reputational work ethic. But the older I get the more I see the progressive attitudes creep into the blue collar ethic my family was so fond of. They don't want to work and that isn't southern culture.

I worked a 9-5 for 15 years before working as a sole proprietor. There's absolutely nothing wrong with it. Is it routine and often mundane? Only if you lack joy and vigor for going about the work of daily life. You aren't cool if normalcy bothers you, you're the problem.

Killing children of course. it's one of the oldest "rights" in human history. Plenty of savage cultures outside of the West practiced infanticide. Stopping infanticide is one of the many benefits that western Christian culture brought to the world.
