Just wrote some code after not touching the ide for ~12 days and not only did I write some code that compiled (after 4 syntax errors were fixed) but it ran as expected and produced the proper output This is always an amazing feeling

The end users who constantly forward me suspected phishing emails, despite severely lacking in many other technical aspects, are the ones who I have no problem remoting into their machine for 5 minutes to show them again how to do that thing in Excel

Someone on the Facebook recovery effort has explained that a routine BGP update went wrong, which in turn locked out those with remote access who could reverse the mistake. Those who do have physical access do not have authorization on the servers. Catch-22.
