A very emotional day saying goodbye to my amazing P7’s. I’m so proud of everything you have achieved this year 🤩 So sad to be leaving @MenstriePrimary but I’m excited to start my next chapter with my P1’s at @AlvaPSandELC in August✨
P7T have planned their last week activities. Today’s chosen task was creating clay models.
P7T masterclasses were a huge success. P7’s used their leadership skills to organise and run a range of activities for the P4-6’s. Fantastic learning opportunities for everyone involved. 👏🏼
P7T completed their final writing task at primary school. They presented their campaigns to their classmates & shared their learning in different ways. Brilliant work from everyone 🤩📝
A huge thank you and well done to our amazing P7's who together planned and ran today's Fun day for the school. They raised a fantastic £1,258! 😀🤩🎉

Another amazing Pancake Shack thanks to our P7 pupils. They ran the full day independently and worked so hard to make sure all their customers were satisfied. Fantastic work everyone 🥞👏🏼

P7T have been developing their persuasive writing techniques by creating an advert poster for a new product - ‘the butter stick.’ 🧈

A massive well done to our P7 pupils who #competed in the Hillfoots Athletics Competition today! 👏🏻 Such a lovely evening for it and they were all fantastic sports!🥇🥈🥉 #schoolsport

Wow! Three fantastic performances of Star Warts! We are so proud of our P5 - 7's who worked so hard to put on such a fantastic show. Thank you also to the staff and to the families for all of their support. Hope everone who came enjoyed it as much as we did!! 🤩🎬🎤
So proud of our P7 team who finished joint first with Newton PS and Viewlands PS at the Rotary Quiz Area finals yesterday. After a nail biting tie breaker, Menstrie took a fab 3rd place! You were all superstars! 🤩Good luck to @ViewlandsPS for the district final in June!

P7T have made excellent progress with their creative writing skills. We focussed on the backstory, creating an immersive setting and the impact of describing movement. A few learners extended their learning by creating their settings on Tinkercad. Fantastic writing everyone 📝💻
