@njwfish also the DOD built silicon valley in large part!! without the military-industrial complex there wouldn't even be a facebook to complain about

@njwfish google and microsoft having an average score of "moderately positive" is absolutely killing me, too... i think that whatever skepticism of tech exists at stanford is skin deep at best
@Jacobkupp @njwfish Skepticism also seems to be concentrated more in certain communities For example, students who were on full financial aid had more negative opinions for every org on this list. Same with students who didn't identify as being "in tech":
