@TechOperator Or a dryer outlet that charges 5x-7x faster than a 110 outlet

@TechOperator ICE Owner: How long does it take you to charge off a 110? Me: How long does it take you? ICE: 😐 Me: 😁
@TechOperator I feel like eventually plugged-in charging is going to be obsolete. Roadways themselves will charge the vehicles wirelessly, or they'll be lined with a solar-panel-like outer hull.
@TechOperator That’s how I charge my Model 3, 110V and using an extension cord since I don’t have a garage.
@TechOperator I’m totally screwed. I live on a dead end street and there is a sign as soon as you turn on to it that says “no outlet”. I have to move if I want an EV I guess…
@TechOperator My sister charges her new Model Y on a 110 outlet, no problem!
@TechOperator For at home charging, I was going to install a L2 wall connector or 220v outlet but decided to wait and see. I'm getting by fine right now on a regular 110v wall outlet. Helps that I'm working from home and not commuting everyday. Also not sure about winter yet, but we'll see.
@TechOperator Don’t forget the good, old, reliable dryer/RV outlet as well.
@TechOperator Suppose you're travelling back in time to a place before electricity though?
@TechOperator Oh come on. They have no power in rural area. It is known...... 🤣
@TechOperator Takes a shit ton of time but can be done
@TechOperator i mean hopefully you are not in a hurry lol Tesla has enough super chargers that you can get from anywhere to anywhere but not enough chargers around here that I'd feel comfortable doing day trips in certain areas i think in a couple years though it will be pretty filled in
