@TechOperator After having a Tesla for the last 7 years, I'll never go back to a gas car. Gas cars are slow, loud, and yestertech...
@TechOperator Maybe he only has experience with non-Teslas.
If you were looking for basic transportation, a used 100K miles Tesla with an 85% battery is going to be infinitely more reliable than an ICE. No worries about timing belts, brakes, water pumps, alternator, fuel filters, injector pumps, and a myriad of other problems which will nickel and dime you to death.
@TechOperator I can't believe anyone would still buy a gas car
@TechOperator A gas car can only be fueled with gas. An EV can be fueled via gas, coal, nuclear, wind, solar, cold fusion, hamsters, etc.. The choice is clear.
@TechOperator I was convinced that a Lincoln with all the cool gadgets, buttons and swag was the future... Until I drove the Tesla model 3 years ago. I have yet to find another ICE vehicle that I find appealing like a Tesla. I have tried....
@TechOperator One realizes driving ICE is like driving tractors when a EV owner has to rent a Mazda 3 while traveling (me)
@TechOperator I could never go back to a gas vehicle, ever, unless it was a dire dire emergency.
@TechOperator That Auto start/stop button that has the be pressed every drive is enough for me to keep my EV! Worst thing since Prima Nocta!
@TechOperator he's literally the gas biz guy lol anyways i unfollowed him
@TechOperator Lol. He's worried about other people think about him. x.com/gas_biz/status…
@TechOperator I will only go back to gas cars if they are a cheaper alternative with great pricing. I'm done with the 40k USD for a Camry idea.
@TechOperator Henry Ford had an ev in thr early 1900s.
@TechOperator They just need more solar installed and more superchargers and more 220v outlets available 24/7/365 everywhere or more standard chargers. Probably just 220v commercial outlets everywhere would do the job. Every parking spot needs a plug or supercharger. No dead parking.
@TechOperator To be fair…I’ve been driving for as long…but was never convinced..but rather it was — de facto for everyone..similar to how PC was de facto and I moved to Apple Mac years ago, when I learned better.
@TechOperator This is like saying we are going back to horses.... They still crap all over the road, but now the crap is invisible
