Had a client ask me why my candidates are better than other recruiters. I told him they don’t have a candidate quality problem. They have a process problem. Because I’m fractionally embedded I just manage their opportunities. Fwiw with the right structure this is repeatable

Today I had to try to explain to a VP a few times that we don’t have to negotiate with the candidate. I had closed him throughout and knew what his yes number was. He told me how to negotiate it. I closed it in a min and then waited to tell them we closed it lol.
With strong candidates I tend to always move to text. Less formal. More likely to get buy in from them and easy access for them to get updates when I get busy.
Been talking to a lot of recruiters lately (as business is picking up for us) and they are all aware that most will end up working for companies as contractors. Good for business. Good for us! 💅🏻

The amount of AI resumes lately. Wild. Also, had a recruiter share with me an answer that she received where the candidate forgot to remove the prompt haha.
