#AIforGovernment @Carahsoft Govt adoption needs both - Bottom-up: give tools to staff, let them find wins - Top-down: pick 2–5 priority processes, redesign w/AI at core. Top-down AI must be selective. You can’t modernize every process at once. Focus on mission-critical areas.
