Today's episode of "#DontBuyDell"(@DellDoBetter): receive no call for my "escalated issue" as scheduled... or an email... Calling customer support assured me that I would definitely hear back in at least 3 days. Wow, such escalation, very high 🙄 @DellCares

After day long intermittent communication with @Dell I am being asked for contact information they already have. I simultaneously received an email about my case proving they have my info. I wonder if @DellCares how awful this is. 😂

As always, the worst part about fixing a tough issue is getting back to what you wanted to do initially, except now tired and irritable, having lost the direction you had initially. 😑
