Michael do you incorporate any band work or work with TRX Straps?? I am over 60 and have been utilizing bands for about 10 years now Inc. in with my weighted exercises and found some huge benefits actually helped my golf game too😜😜😂😂

It's a broken model. "No time for the gym". Running on turf 12 months a year. Clubs do "speed and agility" = MORE running 🫤 Not sure which coaches, parents & Doctors need to hear this: Girls tearing BOTH ACLs between 8th grade and high school is NOT normal. 💔

💯🎤actually just left volunteering at a HS. They had 80-100 8th graders and freshman on separate mornings around 6:30am! It was fantastic. Great community, where parents and athletes all bought in to the weight room.❤️❤️
