I'm only a few chapters into The Siege of Druine by @LotteDebell but I already know it's going to be as fantastic as the other books in her Tales of Isyr series. Superb prose and characterisation, and a plot which is promising another drama-filled, humour-laced, epic humdinger.

My next read is Only A Grave Will Do by @JamesLDulin and it's with very mixed feelings that I start this final leg of a fantastic Malitu journey. Huge eagerness to discover what happens tinged with sadness that my time with the characters and world setting will soon be over.

I absolutely love the new covers on the relaunched Tales of Isyr books by @LotteDebell. The Many Shades of Midnight and In Midnight’s Shadow feature superb, character-driven political fantasy at its finest, and these gorgeous covers are as beautiful as the author's prose.

Starting today, the journey through Osten Ard continues with Empire of Grass by @tadwilliams. I loved Memory, Sorrow and Thorn back in the 1990s and this series is shaping up to be just as awesome. Not many do "epic" like Tad, a true High King of fantasy.

I've started an eARC of The Sins of Steel and Shadow by @steve_pannett. It's the first book of his new fantasy series The Turned and is due to be released next month. If it's as good as his debut book - gritty and witty standalone The Hunter's Lament - I'm in for a big treat.
