I just worked a 8-month project from hell: travel, 20 hour days, booze, junk food. Treated my body like sh-t. 6 weeks later: down 10lbs of fat, muscle still there - all without going hungry or living at the gym: No alcohol. Real food. 10k steps. Lift 3x, run/swim 3x. Most guys would rather whine and get softer because of “I am just getting old” Feeling young isn’t complicated — you’re just lazy
