I've been replaying Frontiers (again). Guys, even without mods this game cooks. Yes Shadow Gens is better, but frankly I would hope so! Shadow was much smaller in scope and a lot more focused. So they could really spend a ton of time on getting him to feel right and level design.

I mightve given Sonic Superstars a little too much crap. There's like 3 bosses that are awful out of an overall good bag. And Trips story is supposed to be the hard mode so more hits SOME sense. Finally beat Last Story last night. Overall? Solid 7 out of 10. It earned it.

To be honest, I dont care how it compares to Mario Kart. I know we LOVE the Mario vs Sonic stuff but I dont play Sonic Racing games for a better Mario Kart. They're too different. I care how it compares to Transformed, to TSR, to Riders. Like you want Mario? Go play Mario.

Anyone I know here near Spokane, WA? My little sister is Miss Davenport and that come with a huge parade float. Whole family came together to build her the most badass Sonic float I've ever seen. (Not biased at all of course)

The more I think about it 90 bucks for a Switch2 cartridge thats almost always ALSO going to have DLC down the line is absolutely outrageous. I might actually pass on this one.

Ever since Frontiers, I've had a really hard time with 3D Sonic fan games. They're all so dang squirrely. Just reel him back a bit. Frontiers and Shadow Gens feel so right.

Unleashed fans... I see you. I've never been able to play Unleashed until tonight. Its incredible and I've never really even liked the Boost games. Theres so much polish and personality. Where did we go wrong? Why weren't more Sonic games like this afterwards??

Daima is worth it guys. Yes, its a SLOW grind to get to the pay off. Try to enjoy the little moments along the way to the big fights. Its not a 10/10. But I've gone from pretty meh, to loving it. For more than just the fights even.

Nine was both more understandable and better written than Merlina. Shes just easier for you to stomach because her entire betrayal is condensed to like 4 levels and a boss fight. But maybe y'all aren't ready for that conversation.

My Spotify more or less went unused this year. But for the time it was used my wrapped unsurprisingly showed a lot of Emi Jones and Sega Sound Team. Fly with Me being the top song. And much of the Frontiers expansion taking up the runner ups.
