📊 Small increases in GDP per capita over a long period time can have significant impacts on national prosperity. ⏲️ Stagnating economies should consider the longer term economic effects of their policy decisions even if it creates incremental growth in the short-term.

One of the interesting things from the Budget was that the OBR for the first time admitted that migration could have negative impacts on GDP per capita 'if the capital stock was unresponsive'. Their analysis was very similar to that produced by @TheGrowthComm a week earlier.
