As an avid lucid dreamer, I often find it difficult to distinguish between a psychosomatic hallucination and what some describe as "astral projection." I’ve experienced two distinct phenomena: one involves the hallucination of floating around the room I’m sleeping in (clearly a product of my imagination), and the other feels like an actual attempt of my life force to detach from my physical body while in a lucid dreaming state. In the latter case, this experience is typically accompanied by profound anxiety—specifically the fear that I might die if my ethereal essence separates from its physical substrate. It seems to require a significant surge of energy to fully "exit" the body, a step I’ve hesitated to take due to an innate fear that my physical body might cease functioning if I do. As an aside, it’s possible that all life forms possess a kind of "kill switch," which could hypothetically be triggered through communication with cellular processes during a lucid dreaming state—essentially the ability to command the heart to stop beating and self-terminate. It may be that "astral projection" is somehow connected to this mechanism.
@TheProjectUnity Not on purpose but I have been "knocked" out of the normal mind frame and the body, and saw the world without the mind filter for a short period of time. Changed my life and how I view the world. Not the body, not the mind.
@TheProjectUnity Many times. I love to explore different dimensions. ❤️💎✨️

Date: December 27, 2024 at 12:56:58 PM PST To: Raymond Chiao , Nathan Inan I must say in support of all of your (Ray, Jack, Nathan et al.) innovative arguments that under current mainstream physics, relying solely on rockets (the ‘tyranny of the rocket equation’) would make interstellar travel prohibitive and resource-intensive, limiting direct encounters or rapid exchange with other intelligent species. Moreover, no accepted theory allows feasible time travel, and using gravitational waves for practical, large-scale communication remains far beyond present technology. As a result, the universe could feel ‘disconnected’ across cosmic distances, and a very boring place unless some of your innovative ideas turn out to be true. José J. A. Rodal, Ph.D.
@TheProjectUnity No, God calls me to avoid witchcraft.

I did a deep meditation once and was taken to the inside of the Earth. I saw what appeared to be crystalline structures resembling purple amethyst. It was implied these were almost like apple seeds surround the center of the planet. After my meditation was over I researched and discovered iron has crystalline structures that form under pressure. It forms in a hexagon HCP shape. A few weeks later I discovered that this is the structure implied to be possible of creating UAP meta materials. @EthicalSkeptic @Dragonmaurizio
I did once and it scared the crap out of me, I was having a night of dreams within dreams inception style. When I opened my eyes from the final dream I was floating in my ceiling it felt like and was in a corner of the room. I could see my bed and myself laying in it and was illuminated by my TV that was on but on mute. I KNEW I was really there looking at myself and it freaked me out, what freaked me out even more was that a spirit I call my "Lady In white" was standing next to my bedroom by my head and staring down at me. That scared the crap out of me and I "snapped" back into my body and sat up bolt upright in bed with my eyes open just to watch the lady in white walking into a dark corner of my room and she dissapeared. I turned on every light in my apartment and didn't go back to sleep that night haha
@TheProjectUnity Question for you, @TheProjectUnity. Do you believe that pharmaceutical drugs, such as SSRIs, interfere with experiencing phenomena such as astral projection?
When I was a child, I was under anesthesia and experienced floating above the dentist's chair watching while he and the nurses worked to wake me up. It's the earliest memory I have. I remember crying and screaming for a long time, and I’m sure something went wrong during the procedure. They revived me, and I felt safe while I was floating. However, when I finally woke up, I was upset everything felt heavy It is the clearest memory I have from my childhood
@TheProjectUnity Yap ! 6 times ! It changed my way of thinking about life !
I know many people who believe they have projected when they really were simply in a high quality meditative trance. Which has great value, btw. But until you've truly left your body -on purpose & without psychedelics- do you understand the true difference between a meditative travel of mind and soul projection.
I had an involuntary what I called an Astral projection when I was asleep . Very out of body and off the Planet. I stood on a thin plank like a diving board, overlooking what looked like Earth but from Space. As I walked on this narrow plank, an entity barely in my peripheral vision on my left, telepathically told me to stop & look down . I saw my feet at the edge of oblivion in a dark abyss . The voice said 3 times, Georgia Guidestones and then I awoke at 4:10 am. I grabbed my cell phone to check on Twitter if GA guidestones was in the news, and suddenly there it was. A news report out of Ga that a mysterious explosion occurred there!! No more GA Guidestones! To this day I’ve no idea how or why I saw this . Owen Shroyer said that he had a dream about it the same night as me, but I haven’t heard his experience from his dream . The entire thing blew me away! I was rattled for days by it. 🔥🫢
@TheProjectUnity I was in a medical induced coma and astral projected. I think my body was trying to wake up and couldn’t so I ‘bounced out’. In my experience you’re not a soul like person, more of a ball of energy, like the sun.
@TheProjectUnity Yes…. Was one of the most incredible experiences of my life.. except childbirth ⭐️⭐️⭐️…. The message I got was LOVE ❤️ and everything we do here matters… I left my body and pulled my soul back down… it was mind blowing!
@TheProjectUnity I call it astral traveling. Lucid dreaming is different. I do this too. I travel every night since I was a little toddler. These are very different practices. What do you mean by projection (I hear the term a lot with clients)? Do you do this?
@TheProjectUnity Yes ! Only once and I’ve never tried it again! Freaked me out. I was a skeptic but truly put an effort into the meditation process and holy shit was I startled!
Astral projection manifests in the dream state..there are variables to the extent of “where” we astral project..we have past life projections..we “astral project with loved ones who have crossed over ..one must simply make an affirmation and manifest..thought forms matter..the intensity of thought..as soul we have “ability “to manifest that which we desire..astral projection is the platform of manifest of soul..it is the blueprint of soul..it is that of which what we are as soul..soul is timeless therefore we are eternal….
@TheProjectUnity The clue it was true was the return. "Remember where you parked." I always thought of my bed to wake up. Then it didn't work. Times I was visiting relatives. Until I remembered WHICH bed.. Pattern repeats. 'nuff said.
@TheProjectUnity No, but I have experienced full on clairvoyance, not like remote viewing. I think there are some similarities between astral projection and clairvoyance. People could possibly be confusing the two.
@TheProjectUnity Nope, never. No matter how hard I try to focus on it I just fall asleep. ...unless I HAVE been doing it and my consciousness chooses to forget when I wake up 😂
@TheProjectUnity Over 300 times, this is my go-to method currently. youtu.be/qBIx7EtmMOw?si…
@TheProjectUnity Ofcourse but when you leave the body without properly protecting your physical body you are asking for an entity to come into your vessel. Best not to do it unless you know very strong protection. May God guide us to deeper truths 🌞🙏
@TheProjectUnity I've managed to successfully remote view a few times. All of us can do it. x.com/drew_ponder/st…
@TheProjectUnity yes, currently working on being able to hold conversations, read/write/remember sentences with letters and numbers
@TheProjectUnity Certainly. In the end, I don't find that it greatly enhances life. An exception is when used among intimates and people who are highly connected to you.
