Gilgamesh, the Sumerian King of Uruk (in modern day Iraq) was often depicted holding a Lion as if it were a house cat. Merely symbolic? Was Gilgamesh truly giant in stature?
@TheProjectUnity The Bible indeed speaks of giants in days of old. It is definitely conceivable that Gilgamesh was a descendent of that race. In addition there are many skeletal remains being unearthed that reveal enormous heights. And then look at the megalithic constructions also.
@TheProjectUnity OK cool but what's with these dickheads besides him?
Food for Thought. Gilgamesh is often linked directly to the biblical “Nimrod”, a powerful king and hunter “against the Lord” as mentioned in Genesis 10 as the great-grandson of Noah and the founder of the first post-flood kingdom. His kingdom began in the land of Shinar and included the cities of Babel, Erech, and Akkad. He later expanded into Assyria, where he built Nineveh, Rehoboth-Ir, Calah, and Resen. Though the biblical text is brief, extrabiblical traditions depict him as a tyrannical rebel who led the project to build the Tower of Babel. The “Nephilim” (see Genesis 6) DNA obviously survived the Flood entering the post-flood world via Ham’s wife and their subsequent offspring. Nimrod was the grandson of Ham and the great-grandson of Noah and there’s every possibility he was a giant. After the Flood, every known nation associated with giants traces directly back to Ham’s line. From his son Canaan came the Anakim, Rephaim, Emim, Zamzummim, and Amorites, all inhabiting the land later given to Israel. From another son, Mizraim, came the Philistines, among them Goliath and his giant relatives. No giant nations ever arose from Shem or Japheth. Thus, every post-Flood giant people — whether Canaanite, Amorite, Rephaite, or Philistine — can be traced back to Ham’s corrupted bloodline, carried through his wife and dispersed among his descendants.
@TheProjectUnity Lions were a symbol of power. Is it just as possible that those images are done to show Gilgamesh holds all the power?

@TheProjectUnity How many giants have you seen? How many giant bones have been found?
@TheProjectUnity Do we, or some of us, have Nephilim DNA? @grok
@TheProjectUnity Yes, a descendent of the Nephilim. He was Nimrod in the Bible. Abraham was the son of his chief idol maker, Tahor. Utnapishtim is Noah. Utu was Seth. Noah was still alive at this time as he lived 350 years after the flood.
@TheProjectUnity The simplest explanation is that he was a "big man" in the minds of the people. Our Abraham Lincoln was not 30 feet tall because of his tall statue in the Lincoln Memorial. Duh.
@TheProjectUnity If we admit to Giants, than it forces us to admit some other things, like the planet "growing". It really is the only thing that makes sense. Im pretty sure Dinos wouldnt be able to walk around today.
@TheProjectUnity The Lion is the power which takes away our power granted by Christ. Saying 7 from the Gospel of Thomas. Jesus said 'blessed is the Lion which becomes man when consumed by man; and cursed is the man whom the Lion consumes and becomes man.
@TheProjectUnity No. Gilgamesh is not the King of Uruk but the King of Ur or Uru. The present day Iraq is not the ancient kingdom of Gilgamesh. It should be first searched through the geography of the biblical Gilgal and ancient Mesha region
@TheProjectUnity If humans were actually primitive during that time period, would they even be capable of being symbolic? It’s more likely they were actually drawing what they were witnessing imo.

The King Gilgamesh statue is to emphasize his power, and position. In ancient times, and in some countries today, it is believed that royal birth signifies that the King has been born into his position through many rebirths (reincarnation), and his Kingship will be his last 'need' toward conscious evolution. The soul is consciousness. The beastly men that flank the King, signifies that others are subdued to him, and are still in their beastly mode of conscious evolution. Even ferocious lions are subdued to the King. The King has what is probably wheat that he is holding in his hand, and more than likely amounts to seven, but can number thirteen, which in initiation means he remains always consciously elevated, which is another kind of throne, where he consciously maintains his position and power.
@TheProjectUnity It's not a coincidence
@TheProjectUnity The statue shows him holding a male lion like a baby. The only logical conclusion is that he was a big guy.
@TheProjectUnity Gilgamesh, the Sumerian King of Uruk, is often shown holding a lion like a house cat. Symbolic—or literal evidence that beings of enormous stature once walked the Earth?
@TheProjectUnity Is he not standing there with two pet sphinxes as well? It's possible this isn't an entirely accurate portrayal.
@TheProjectUnity I believe it's symbolic. Sun at it's highest point in the day, summer starts around that time every year.
He'd have to be suspiciously 13ft tall, just as tall as the statues in Egypt and consistent with the ratio seen in almost all the artworks and depictions. Its also worth considering at the time lions were larger than they are today. Didn't Joe Mcmonagle RV some 13 ft tall giants on Mars? 🤔
@TheProjectUnity Did he die from a stone cast from a sling?
@TheProjectUnity Along with Gilgamesh, the Biblical Samson and Hercules from Greek mythology are also depicted wrestling and holding a lion. youtube.com/watch?v=hllWY5…
She said she'd never date a bald guy.. Here's what i did next..
@TheProjectUnity Maybe... but what if it's a another breed of cat's but extinct now ??
@TheProjectUnity The bigger question is who are the two on the ground they’re connected to a leash
@TheProjectUnity His “giant stature” = extraordinary leadership. Sumerians might have used mythic exaggeration to show his superhuman qualities.
@TheProjectUnity More than likely symbolic but given the fact his tail was told over many centuries and in different countries there has to be some truth to his existence. Curiosity moving human discovery forward will eventually give us an answer.
@TheProjectUnity CatCAM proof for a #HoloQiRhyme that we are equivalent to domesticated Sasquatches of some sort? Ready for OUR version of this?
@TheProjectUnity And, since you're taking everything literally, who are the two four legged guys?
@TheProjectUnity maybe he raised a male lion? I mean you can see wildlife rangers be super chill handling lions and other big cats.
@TheProjectUnity He was a pretty big dude. The story specifically says that. And then he's referenced by name and description in The Book of Giants. youtu.be/NZR_mwwfXL4
@TheProjectUnity Or, hear me out: Lions used to be the size of housecats. 🤷♂️
@TheProjectUnity Might have to do with Leo, the constellation?
@TheProjectUnity It’s all metaphor! Like I learned in school about Homer stories about Trojan war! Wait they proved that was real finally!😏
@TheProjectUnity Consider the average length of a male Lion is 7', then those beings were around 24'? 🤔
