I was kicked out of rigpa today. Too much resting in non contrivance dzogchen style. I need a break. And today I don´t see that I am awareness cause I stopped meditating. That is how hard I need practice in phet dzogchen style....lama lena and dudjom rinpoche style.

I aM Seeing that the one that does self inquiry is not me. THe no doer insights are becoming larger as well as the awareness realisations. I have non dual union realisation of becoming walls, music, colors, facebook.

I start to doubt my mahamdra realizaions of union wqith all things. I can't reven remember a good glimpse and i was in bliss all week. My brain can't retain the info of being in the mahamudra state. I pivot back to person hood and still continue seeking.

kundalini kriyas happening this day....my body felt about to get into bliss for 2 secs, but the body wanted to puke and do kriyas upstairs. It was weird. I know my body mind emotional system is getting healed and refined to get higher non dualgod knowledtge.

The subtler you go, the less outer teachers may be able to satisfy your seeking. At the initial stages general answers can satisfy most questions, but in the more advanced stages even scriptures dry up and it’s all between you and the Creator / Infinite Intelligence directly.

I don't know what I am doing anymore. I have been seeking for enlightenment so much. My head hurts. I am being stopped. I don't know how to see through that I am not the doer, a person and that I am awareness. I am so tired. God screwed me up

I don't understand anyting anymore now about realizing that there is no self and that oneness is this momemt as ti is. I am confused. THey say you don't have to seek for it. It is allready the case. I don't see it. I don't know what I am doing.

I lost it. I had a massive awakening into no self, no doer, awareness and merging with experience, becomgin tables and so on. BUt I start to speculate it is all hallucination or overseeking behaviour.......I am an I now. I am a person. a doer.
