I just want to put it on record that I had a clinic today which wasn't overbooked. I had enough time for all of the patients. No one waited. It was lovely.

If you asked yourself why 'the BMA' let pay fall so far behind look at this graph. Despite promises of pay restoration being a journey the train's in reverse. We are *all* responsible for standing together to restore pay pension value for all. Webinars to follow, attend one!
Fully qualified doctors are earning just £17/hr. That’s after a gruelling 5-6 year medical degree, £100,000 of debt, and 48-hour working weeks on the frontline of the NHS. They’re asking for £22/hr. Still below market rate. Still fair. But @wesstreeting can’t even be bothered…
