Hey @MadisonPierce, thought you might like to know that the Final Jeopardy question today was “Which of Paul’s letters contains the most quotations from the OT?” The answer, of course, Hebrews. Jeopardy has definitively solved the authorship problem.

Pastors: what other proficiencies have you had to learn “on the job” that seminary never prepared you for because they’re so obscure? In 1 year of pastoral ministry, I’ve effectively become an amateur locksmith, safety marshal, legal liaison, and sound engineer.

Officiated my first wedding tonight. Forgot to turn on my mic at the beginning, got thrown off and then asked “who gives this man away to this woman?” as I stared at the bride and her father 🤦🏻‍♂️ at least it relaxed everyone and calmed their nerves from the start.

Biking home *from* work at the end of the day is definitely less enjoyable than biking *to* work in the morning. Or maybe it’s just because I live at the top of a hill.
