I received my first rejection email today! I can't say I had a crushing feeling because I was not ready for the technical interview, per my previous tweet on unexpected circumstances. I wasn't able to focus and prepare the way I needed to. Here's to the next opportunity!

Life has taught me to expect the unexpected recently during a crucial time in my career-switch journey. As a result of that lesson I now realize that I CAN overcome issues! Sometimes you have to readjust your timeline, and that’s okay. Just keep swimming! 🐠
