Anxiety is not the enemy. Anxiety is a part of you that cares enough to be concerned about your well-being. It feels uncomfortable because you’ve misunderstood its intentions and framed it as the bad guy. #anxiety #anxietyadvice

Stop trying to get rid of anxiety. Anxiety is an important emotion that everyone will feel almost every day of their life. It’s our belief that feeling anxious is an indicator of illness that causes us to lose control of it. #anxiety #anxietyisnotyourenemy

In my line of work I meet a lot of people who believe their anxiety disorder means they are condemned to struggle with anxiety for the rest of their life. I’ve never met anyone who was. #anxiety #recovery

I was recently reading the story of a man who came out the other side of a very deep and dark depression, and someone else who was also suffering from depression at this time had replied to that story saying, if you're not depressed anymore it probably me…lnkd.in/eMFuUBH
