My Friend, Randy Dibert and his son, just got my 4020 PS. done today. He put a Brand New wiring, harness lights switches in this tractor. Plus brand new battery cables. He did amazing job! It takes a lot of time! Next stop Rantoul Illinois, Half Century In Progress in August .

We was at Urbana,Ohio, Car and Truck Show, for the 2nd, year. They had 733 entries, this year. We didn’t get a trophy is year, but we had a Great Time, and a lot of people, stopped by and took pictures. If you are interested in This Beautiful 1978, F-250, it’s For Sale. $50,000.

Today I was given a old book from 1862 by American Agriculturist. When I opened it and started reading and going through it, I found this paper from 1907. Very interesting. The old book was still in good condition!

We are still waiting to get back in the field, here In Western Champaign County. We have had 6.5 inches of rain in April and this last week we had 1.9 inch.

The Wind was too strong for this old tree today. Around noon today, my daughter called to tell me that she couldn’t believe how strong the wind was. This house was built back in 1864, so I am guessing that is how old the tree was. Just glad it missed the house!!

Nice field of Corn 🌽, that was planted in a field of cover-crops. Rye, mixture. Feeding it with 50 gallons of 28%.

Not many people will understand this picture. It’s when you tell your Wife, that I am going to plant those wet spots,that finally dry out and put it away for the rest of the year. I just can’t see those spots bare.

The last farm, getting done with Planting 24”. It’s been a long spring. To much rain in April.Over 6” inches for that month. May, we had rain 🌧️ , off and on but we got it Done ✅

Looking at the house where I grew up back in the late 50-60-and early 70’s. Thinking about what it would be like 67 years later. Many dreams have come true but, a lot of hard work to get here today! That is the Home of Wayne and Connie Sliker, Now. Near St. Paris, Ohio.
