To mark 56 years since The Beatles released Yellow Submarine I’m calling for one of the 13 old nuclear submarines tied up alongside in Devonport to be painted yellow. #plymouth already has the Beatle bums on the Hoe and so why can’t we have a yellow submarine too?

Nearly hit by a @FirstBusnews at a Zebra crossing earlier because the driver decided he didn’t need to stop. Rang the complaint line which the website says is open 8am til 6pm and the automated system said it was shut. Poor on safety. Poor on service.

I wish call centres would stop playing automatic messages saying "sorry we are taking longer to answer your call than normal" EVERY time we call. This should not be set up as a default. If it is a default then delay isn't longer than normal, it is normal!

Very upset with the amount of defects we’ve had on our 1 year old @TaylorWimpey house. Even more upset with the astounding lack of care the customer service team has. The issues vary but the poor service doesn’t.

The irony. After many calls with tech support to fix an issue where I can’t send text messages using a new phone and SIM card, I’m asked to respond to a text survey. Tech support appears to have failed. Well ⁦⁦@VodafoneUK⁩, how do you think this experience has been?

There’s a lot of unhelpful language being pushed by Tory MPs today. Can we pls remember the words MPs choose to use matter. After the murder of Jo Cox, can Tory MPs who want to see an end to Theresa May’s weak govt please avoid phrases like “killing zone”. It’s just not helpful.

A while ago, in a response to a tweet about my wife driving her warship, somebody made a comment about women drivers. This is my wife berthing her ship between a container ship and a destroyer. No tankers, no fuss, not easy (video speeded up for ease).
