Daily Discipline → End every workout right. Stretch. Breathe. Walk it off. Recovery starts the second you finish. Don’t just train → maintain ⚡
Daily Discipline → Rest is training too. Sleep 7+ hrs. 1 rest day a week. Let your body build. Recovery = growth 💤
Daily Discipline → Sleep is free recovery. No caffeine after 2pm. Phone down 1 hour before bed. Cold, dark, quiet room. Sleep = growth hormone 😴
Daily Discipline → Cut hidden sugar. Read the label. If sugar’s top 3, ditch it. Swap soda for water, snacks for fruit. Energy, not crashes 🍎
Daily Discipline → Train today, even if light. Walk, stretch, or lift. Don’t aim for perfect, aim for consistent. Miss a day → pay double later. Consistency beats intensity 🔑
Daily Discipline → Hydrate off the wake up. Down 500ml water before anything else. Add a pinch of salt for electrolytes. Skip the sugary start. Hydration > caffeine 💧
Daily Discipline → Don’t just drift into Monday Revise and remember 3 wins from last week. Write 3 lesson learned. Set 3 targets for next week. Plan the following day before you rest so you can wake up ready, & wont have to get ready. Log your streak: DAY 8. #DailyDiscipline
