I've made posts and replies to this before, but I'll say it again: If you look at the top cities for homicides, no matter the color of the State, a majority of them all have D registered people running them. Out of the top 10 I did a while ago, 7 were D. It's a party issue.

"Taxpayer-funded programs" do NOT benefit the taxpayer, or the people it's supposed to help. It benefits those who "created" the program, while a pittance goes to everyone else. It's why you'll NEVER get anyone to audit these programs, or everyone would see what a scam it is.
