Two points of info: 1) the data the Telegraph analysed for this story found fire crews reported two and half times as many incidents of delays from TRAFFIC as they did from 'traffic calming' in 2021. Weirdly no mention of this in their story, and no 'fury' from LTN critics 1/2

The pavement isn’t wide enough for all of the kids and parents (and dogs!) walking or scooting to school. This move is regressive and dangerous. Why isn’t it a school street?
