Who in #langtwt has studied languages at university? How has that shaped your on gauge learning and what type of resources did you use alongside university work? Personally, I feel like I’m losing my abilities rather than gaining new knowledge. So would appreciate the help!

@TopicHacker I took a semester of Chinese and loved it. I didn't use many outside resources while taking the class, but did get dictionaries and books afterward, and of course always practiced with Chinese-speaking friends.
@TopicHacker Only for a little bit as an exchange student But I went to Korea to study Korean and I think that learning the language in a university, in the country of origin, is a whole different experience In the best way possible
