🚨ATHLETES🚨 Most of your problems stem from the fact you ARE NOT fueling yourself properly. Injuries, fatigue, poor performance, etc… All comes from you likely being super dehydrated and not eating enough. Can thrive eating 800 calories a day. Eat and hydrate!

🚨ONCE AGAIN🚨 TRACK IS A VARSITY SPORT. The same commitment you put in other sports is required for track. You don’t get to skip practices and then expect to compete. If you tell your coach you’d do the same for other sport then just join a rec league 🤷🏿♂️

HS Athletes: Make your coach's life easy by... - Looking at the heat sheets and figuring out when you should start your warm-up. Confirm with them, but do the work first. - When your race is over, ask if they need help with anything, possibly getting splits for teammates.
