INCONGRUITY....DOGE supposedly has cut between 280-500K US govt jobs, but initial jobless claims have been flat for many weeks. Either those job cuts are not yet in the data or the data is suspect. Eventually gov't job cuts, if real, have to hit initial jobless claims. $SPX

🚨Cracks widening and recession looks inevitable. In the last 3 recessions (2001, 2008, 2020) the $SPX declined 37%, 57% and 34% respectively. If the "tariff shock" we are seeing today is similar to the 1973-1974 oil price shock (Nixon was president 🤡), the S&P 500 fell 48%.📉
