3.Find something you enjoy. I hate pickleball. Would it do me any good to commit to playing 2x a week with my buddies? Hell no! Find something you can get into. Zumba, cardio Pilates, heated sound baths. Whatever! That way you’re more likely to stick to it in the long term

1. Set a realistic goal. Sounds super simple but it’s one of the most overlooked aspects to a fitness journey. •walk 5 mins everyday for 1 month •Lose 5 lbs in 3 months •Go to the gym 3x a wk It could be anything but make sure it’s realistic and attainable.
