@TransformTable Customer service is trash. They'll block u on fb if u try to contact them. They won't return calls. Don't order. Horrible service.

They marketed on their site that they would estimate delivery of the product by September 20th, which is a gross exaggeration even for an estimate, this is misleading to incentivize you to purchase. We waited weeks with no response from them. We constantly had to follow up for updates. They kept moving the shipment date back, first it turned into October 10th, then October 14th, then October 20th. The end of October rolls around and their website is now promoting a deep discount of what we purchased at $600 lower than what we purchased. I reached out again for an update on our order and asked they honor the current discount given we had not received our product well after their estimated date. They refused to do so saying they shipped our order. They gave us the number of the transport company who said they did not have the order. We told them that, and they reached out to them, and then confirmed that someone had our order and was being shipped. We scheduled a delivery date for November 10th. The truck shows up with a single item, and it was not even one of the three pieces from our order. We declined the shipment given it was not even close to what we ordered. It has now been over two months from their estimated “two weeks”. We’ve reached out to their team and they push us off to other companies to file a ‘warranty’ claim on products we never received, and respond with by copy and pasting their return policy but we have no items to return.
