i just found out why i blare music when im recording so much so that my mic picks it up. i dissociate so frequently and i think im making it loud will make me take it in??? but now that i think about it thats not very logical.
Had what seems like a manic episode and I think its because I've been off my meds since my psychiatrist let me go (haven't found another yet) and just ugh this is a lot
As much as I love Danganronpa and Touko she's a terrible example of D.I.D.
Ugh. I should have showered yesterday but I don't have the energy and I feel so gross physically and that's not helping my self esteem any 😭
