We are aware of a major issue that is affecting most .au domain names. Please be aware that this is a global issue that is not specific to TropicsNet & is currently being investigated by the .au registry provider. This will be causing most websites to not load and emails to fail.

Update #3: The server load has remained at normal levels and as such we consider this incident resolved.

Update #2: Server vmres11.web-servers.com.au became unresponsive and has been rebooted as part of corrective action taken. The server load has dropped and will be monitored.

Update #1: The server vmres11.web-servers.com.au is currently experiencing high load thus very slow page load times are being experienced. System Admins are currently working to resolve the issue.
