Every other day a new method to con the public is being deceived & we learn to ignore these fraud messages over time!! Still sometime it worries e.g. in this case, the source being listed is the same from where i usually get my alerts & otps from @HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares

A legal case must be issued against @justvoot; they took subscription money from public in the name of @FIFAWorldCup and then at last moment shifted the complete broadcasting to @jiocinema which is having the worst live telecast experience possible! @viacom18 @reliancegroup

Customers are just stuck between agent @goibibo and airline @EmiratesSupport and are being thrown from one end to another! When contacted airlines, they tell "no cancellation request from agent" and then agent says "cancellation not approved by airlines"! @DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI

Amidst all these Corona Pandemic, expected much better support from @makemytrip. @airasia @airasiaIndian has waived off date change charges but the same functionality is not supported in MMT. When you call their proposed numbers, on hold for 30 mins but still not through!!

BLR to BCN return trip with travel date 14th May -> 30th May , 2020. Needs to be cancelled due to Corona Pandemic. @emirates have waived off cancellation and rescheduling charges for the bookings made on or before 31st March. @goibibo why are you still deducting airline charges?

Passport renewal request submitted through Bangalore PSK on 16 April but since then the status on the site is - "passport is under review at RPO". Need the passport for immediate visa processing. File# BN2071106594718. @MEAQuery @passportsevamea @rpobengaluru please help.
