What so many people fail to realize about Type 1 Diabetes is that it’s constant. It doesn’t go away, it doesn’t get easier. It is never the same disease from day to day. It is unpredictable and unmanageable at times. It’s utterly exhausting fighting a battle that doesn’t end.

One of the best ways to help manage blood sugars is exercise! Regular exercise can help keep blood sugars within target range, just be sure to have a light snack or dial back your insulin beforehand to avoid going low
