Dear @British_Airways it took two months to address a claim after flight BA0613 on June 18th was delayed for over 16 hours, pushing it to the day after. After a two-months wait, to be dismissed stating that the flight was delayed due to adverse weather conditions...really?!

Essential piece. Well put @NewDigitalAge1 and Sara @Teads. I was pretty shocked a few years ago when a fairly senior member of the London ad tech community asked my British colleague if I was to be trusted with the agreed next steps (while I was standing in front of them!)
