Been to my hairdresser for a VERY long overdue cut & half head HL’s. Not been since Feb. Now doing it from her home instead of salon. Washed my hair over bath which brought on my dizziness😵‍💫. 190 quid!😲 Been with her 20+ yrs, love how she does it but time to find someone else🙁.

Saw Dr last week re ongoing health issues. Had bloods done then chest x-ray yesterday (called late Saturday with cancellation slot👍🏼). Now had message to rebook bloods as they messed up others (labelling error?)🤦‍♀️and Wednesday’s the earliest, so put back another week…ugh! 🙄😫😤

Sat chilling with a drink in the garden and need to go in and cook but really can’t be arsed!😬 Hydrangea we divided a few years ago is coming along in the front garden - got 3 new plants from it👍🏼. Think it’s called blossom romance🤔. First one we ever bought. Love #hydrangeas.

Spontaneous dinner at our local Italian after doctors & garden centre. Shared our fave Gamberoni all ‘aglio & bread (ate 2 pre-pic), then puttanesca for moi & pollo e funghi for mister 🦐🍝😋. Brought tiramisu home to share 🤤. Watching busy commuters to/from London. #LondonLife

Oh my!😳 And it’s only set to get hotter reaching mid 30s this afternoon🫠. It’s the humidity!😩 Sun is on our flat from sunrise in bedroom/lounge to sunset in kitchen/bathroom so bakes all day. Keeping blinds/curtains closed helps somewhat but kitchen is a nightmare🥵. #Heatwave

Bought a new rose, Compassion, at the weekend 🌹. First climber and rose we’ve ever purchased as always been given them or taken cuttings ☺️. Hope it’s as pretty and fragrant as it sounds🤞🏼. Just need to find somewhere suitable to plant it now 🤨😁.
