Team Valkyrie are keen to find out whether there would be any interest locally for a childfree women's friendship group, which would take place at our base in Keelby, include axe & knife throwing, and would be completely free to attend.

Valkyrie are currently taking expressions of interest for a 6 session programme of axe & knife throwing and facilitated peer support around depression & anxiety issues and improving wellbeing. Please message for details.
We're now taking applications from people interested in joining our 6 session wellbeing programme Starting in January and running one evening per month we'll do some axe and knife throwing and discuss topics including depression, anxiety, worrying and negative thinking.
We held the first of our series of 6 menopause support sessions tonight. The group started out with a short session of knife throwing before sharing menopause experiences and concerns. Thanks to all of those who attended. We're looking forward to the next session.

This month will see the start of Valkyrie's first menopause support group. A 6 week structured programme of axe & knife throwing plus talking sessions covering common menopause issues will be followed by an ongoing regular informal meet up group. Message for more info.
Our Wilderness Wellbeing group offers peer support for depression, anxiety, loneliness, and addiction recovery. Take part in basic construction, gardening, crafts, axe throwing and archery. Talk to others with similar problems. Interested? Know someone who might be? Message us!
