@VansHelp I deleted the vans family app because of a glitch and now when I try to re download it it says it’s not available in my country or region. I’m in the U.S. and was always able to get it so what’s going on.

Alright, @FedExHelp I shipped this on 7/25. Why hasn't it made it to its destination when another box I shipped to the same place more than a week after made it no problem? I made it to Europe and back before my box even got to @VansHelp...
