Let's stabilize our democracies: 1. End high-frequency trading which feeds on the chaos of Trump & BJ. A small Tobin tax will end these useless funders of chaos. 2. End financial betting. The rich should not be given incentives to destroy societies. Destruction is easier. #Brexit
