We paid on March 10th. Refund April 4. This is extremely annoying: they take payment instantly, then delay

So here we go again. Amazon poor customer service. Our refund has now been delayed twice after the initial refund delay of :- Mar 13 return initiated; received March 18 Mar 25 refund to be issued, then credited April 1 THEN MARCH 27, credit April 3 THEN MARCH 28, credit April 4
