Ordered new washing machine from Samsung on 27th Sept for delivery today 7th Oct. Day came and went, but no delivery. No explanations. No information. Most unhelpful customer service line. Absolutely disgraceful @SamsungUK. Never again...

Heathrow t5 in chaos tonight. We had to wait 1 hour on the Tarmac and another 2 hrs to get bags back. @British_Airways and & @HeathrowAirport is complete shambles!!

@Visual_accounts @British_Airways Indeed must be very frustrating; the flight you booked was never going to go ahead (unfortunately BA doesn’t declare that upfront); there have been restrictions from GOI on total number of flights per week.

@Abhinav4779 @na04b017 @British_Airways Same thing for me for 17th Dec from LHR and no alternate date other than 02nd Dec which is far earlier from school holidays and was much cheaper 6 months back. How pathetic to cancel the busy time periods and not providing alternate dates.
