For 20+ days I’ve been complaining about CALL ISSUES, but @bsnl_care keeps closing complaints fraudulently saying “Internet is fine”. 🤦♂️ Call recording proves their own staff admits “we are not able to trace the calling fault” WHEN DID I EVER COMPLAIN ABOUT INTERNET?
