On September 4th, there will be a full network outage affecting wired and wireless connections during the hours of 1:00 AM - 5:00 AM. This will impact all users in residence halls.

On August 29th 2023, WCU and System Office will be tunneling all traffic between data centers which will result in a temporary outage between campus and our hosted Banner environment. Students (MyWCU) and Faculty/Staff (Report Portal) may experience an outage during this time.

Got Ethernet? Each dorm room has two ethernet ports. Ethernet is faster and more reliable than wifi. Don't forget a multiport adapter to connect your computer to ethernet!
Printing questions? Here's your answers! We don’t recommend personal printers! Here's why! If you connect a printer to our wifi, not only does it slow our wifi, it makes it so that everyone on the wifi can see your printer. Meaning anyone can print from your printer!
