A really positive day today engaging with over 300 students at Brinsbury College for our Road Safety Campaign. A lot of work goes into these events so a huge thanks to CM Gravell & FF Worsfold, the RLO’s, COG, WSFRS volunteers and WM Poole from our safe drive team.

Day 8 for the retained recruits. Today @WSFRS_TDA @WestSussexFire taught the new recruits about Dutch roll, Cleavland load, 9m ladder. But it was also the day the recruits extinguished their first fire #SmilesAllRound #retained #firefighters #fire #hose #ladders #BestJob

A busy Monday so far, with a vehicle fire in Foxhill, RTC & two standbys. Thanks to RLO’s Tony and Matt for helping with crewing today. Crews return to work before drill night this evening 1830-2130.
